We collect personal information such as name, mobile number, email address, home address, and service preferences solely for the purpose of delivering our home cleaning, pest control, and AC services. This information is used to schedule appointments, communicate service updates, and improve our service quality.

Your data is used only for service-related communication, appointment confirmations, reminders, and post-service follow-ups. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent. All data is stored securely and protected against unauthorized access.
Staff Communication Policy
All official communications must be routed through our company contact numbers: 7821940818 (Call) and the same number for WhatsApp. Sharing or obtaining personal mobile numbers of our staff members is strictly prohibited.
If any customer is found to have shared, obtained, or used the personal mobile number of any Expert Of Hygiene staff member for direct communication outside official channels, a penalty of ₹20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rupees) shall be levied. This policy ensures all service communications are documented, quality-controlled, and protects the privacy of our staff.
Data Retention
We retain customer information for service records and to provide ongoing support. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@expertofhygiene.co.in. By using our services, you consent to this Privacy Policy.
Terms & Conditions
Service Completion & Inspection Policy
IMPORTANT: Upon completion of the service, the customer must thoroughly inspect the work done. No rework, re-cleaning, or additional service will be provided after the team leaves the premises. Any issues, missed areas, or concerns must be reported immediately to the team lead before they depart. We do not entertain requests for re-cleaning or touch-ups on the next day or after the team has left.
Stain Removal & Cleaning Disclaimer
Our team uses professional-grade equipment, eco-safe chemicals, and advanced cleaning techniques to achieve the best possible results. However, we do not guarantee 100% removal of all stains, marks, spots, or impurities. Some stains may be deep-set, permanent, or beyond the scope of cleaning due to the nature of the stain, surface material, previous condition, or age of the stain.
Examples of stains that may not be fully removable include: old oil stains on walls, permanent ink marks, rust stains, mold penetration, burnt marks, and stains that have set into fabric or porous surfaces over time.
No Next-Day Rework / Additional Work Policy
If any area requires attention or was missed during service, it must be pointed out immediately at the time of service completion. No work will be carried out on the next day or after the team has departed. Additionally, any request for additional services not included in the original booking will require a new appointment and separate payment.
Customers are encouraged to walk through the property with the team lead before sign-off to ensure complete satisfaction.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment is due upon service completion unless prior arrangements are made. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service amount. Full payment is required for services rendered. No refunds will be issued after service completion.
Damages & Liability
Our team handles your belongings with utmost care. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, fragile items, or damages caused by improper installation or maintenance. Any damage caused by our team will be assessed and addressed immediately. Customers are requested to secure valuables, electronics, and fragile items before service begins.
Service Timing & Arrival
Our team strives to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will notify you in case of any delay. Customers are requested to provide access to the property within 30 minutes of the scheduled time; failure to do so may result in rescheduling with applicable charges.
Acknowledgment
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, including:
- Service completion inspection requirement – no rework after team departure
- No 100% stain removal guarantee – results may vary
- No next-day rework or additional work policy
- Personal number penalty of ₹20,000 for unauthorized staff communication
- Payment due upon service completion
